About the Role
Southern Multi State Co-operative Society is inviting applications for motivated and target-oriented specialists for our Adoor Branch. Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the society's financial products and services to potential clients.
Conduct direct field marketing and client visits to generate current leads and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Meet and exceed monthly business targets set by the organization.
Manage overall branch coordination and team operational workflows (for Branch Manager applicants).
Job Details & Benefits:
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 05:30 PM
Leave Policy: 2 days off per month
Nature of Work: Primarily field-oriented work along with office coordination
Training: Comprehensive job training and guidance provided by the organization
Salary: Attractive salary packages matching position and experience
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid willingness and passion for field sales and customer acquisition.
Prior experience in sales, banking, or the financial sector is preferred (Freshers are also welcome to apply).
Possessing a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred for field mobility.
