Incoming Material Inspection: Check raw materials like lumber, engineered wood (MDF/plywood), foam, leather, fabric, hardware, and metal frames before production.
In-Process Checks: Monitor assembly, cutting, edge-banding, stitching, and finishing lines to catch errors early.
Final Audits: Inspect packed and finished furniture for structural stability, aesthetic finish, correct dimensions, and comfort standards.
Team Leadership: Train floor workers and supervise junior quality inspectors or executives.
Compliance & Standards: Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and align factory output with ISO or industry safety regulations.
Handle staff and packing material also
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
