Job Summary

High Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and hardworking Supervisor with 1–1.5 years of relevant experience to oversee daily operations, coordinate with staff, and ensure smooth and efficient workflow at the Narela location.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day work activities.
Manage and guide staff to ensure work is completed efficiently and on time.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and daily performance.
Allocate work and responsibilities to team members.
Ensure proper implementation of company rules, processes, and safety guidelines.
Monitor work quality and maintain required standards.
Coordinate with management regarding daily work progress and operational issues.
Maintain daily reports, records, and other required documentation.
Identify and resolve routine operational issues.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of company materials and equipment.




Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Report any staff, operational, or workplace issues to the management.
Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements
1–1.5 years of experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role.
Positive communication and team-management skills.
Ability to handle and coordinate a team effectively.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an advantage.
Should be disciplined, responsible, punctual, and proactive.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Candidates residing in or around Narela will be preferred.
