Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, or paid media.
Robust experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Valuable understanding of LinkedIn Ads and other paid acquisition channels.
Understanding of Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing analytics.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
