Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
Source and evaluate vendors for engineering and project requirements.
Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and process RFQs, purchase orders, and purchase requisitions.
Procure piping, valves, fittings, structural materials, electrical and instrumentation items.
Coordinate with engineering, projects, stores, finance, and vendors.
Follow up on material deliveries and ensure timely project requirements.
Evaluate vendor performance and maintain supplier relationships.
Maintain procurement records, documentation, and MIS reports.
Ensure purchases comply with project specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.
Support cost optimization and identify alternative suppliers/materials.

Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or related engineering field.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/procurement software.
Solid negotiation, vendor management, follow-up, and communication skills.
Oil & Gas / EPC / Engineering procurement experience preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
