Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and generate leads.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the Sales Team.
Maintain and update lead/customer details in CRM.
Follow up regularly and support lead conversion.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Inside Sales.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate projects is preferred.
Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Telugu & English communication required.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
