Job Responsibilities
Maintain daily sales and purchase entries.
Handle cash, bank, and expense transactions.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
Maintain customer and vendor accounts.
Reconcile bank and cash balances regularly.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.
Maintain workshop service-related accounting records.
Coordinate with the Sales, Service, Parts, HR & Admin teams for financial documentation.
Follow up on pending payments and outstanding balances.
Support the senior accountant in monthly closing and reporting.
Maintain proper filing of bills and supporting documents.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Positive knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
Valuable numerical and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial records responsibly.

Key Requirement

The candidate should be responsible, punctual, and capable of handling showroom and workshop accounting activities efficiently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
