Role: Accountant The Accountant is responsible for maintaining the company's financial records, handling day-to-day accounting activities, managing invoices and payments, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all financial transactions.

Responsibility & Deliverables:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, vouchers, bills, invoices, and financial transactions.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and other accounting entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, payment records, and supporting documents.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper bank and cash records.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, reports, and management summaries.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, banks, and other relevant parties when required.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial and accounting records.

Skills Required:

- Positive knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Ability to maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Knowledge Required:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, debit,



credit, journal, ledger, and trial balance.
- Knowledge of sales, purchase, expense, receipt, and payment entries.
- Understanding of bank reconciliation and cash management.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Knowledge of invoice preparation and accounts payable/receivable.
- Basic knowledge of financial statements and accounting reports.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.

Qualification:

- B.Com / M.Com in Commerce or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with Diploma / relevant accounting qualifications may also be considered based on experience.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting and financial transactions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

- Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in Tally and MS Excel will be preferred.
- Experience in handling sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and expense entries will be an added advantage.
- Experience in GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and invoice management will be preferred.
- Experience in maintaining accounting records and financial documentation will be an added advantage.
- Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
