Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage accounting operations, payments, financial records, and day-to-day finance activities for our electrical manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Handle vendor payments, customer receipts, and payment processing.
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, bank entries, and reconciliation.
- Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash-flow statements, and payment schedules.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
- Support monthly closing, audits, and financial reporting.




- Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of all financial transactions.
- Coordinate with management for payment approvals and cash-flow planning.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and finance operations.
- Hands-on experience in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Solid knowledge of vendor payments and banking operations.
- Positive analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.

Qualification B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Experience

5–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
