Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Independently handle complete day-to-day accounting activities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and financial reports
- Perform documentation and reporting using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Prepare, send, and track quotations for clients
- Follow up with clients regarding quotation approval and payment collection
- Handle professional email communication with clients and vendors
- Maintain systematic records of accounts, quotations, and correspondence
- Provide accounting and administrative support to management as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Tally (mandatory)
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Experience in billing, invoicing, and day-to-day accounting operations
- Language Requirements:
- Gujarati – mandatory
- Hindi – preferred
- English – basic knowledge (for email communication)
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and responsibility
Working Hours & Schedule
- 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (generally till 6:30 PM)
- Monday to Saturday
