Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

- - Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records

- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings

- Prepare and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers

- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing activities

- Reconcile bank statements and coordinate with auditors





- Support budgeting and financial reporting activities

- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks

Required Skills

- - Robust knowledge of Tally / ERP / Accounting Software

- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation rules

- Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and deadline-oriented approach

Qualification

- - Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

- 1–4 years of experience as an Account Executive or Accountant

- Experience in IT or Telecom industry will be an added advantage
