Manage the overall operations of the Kia Accessories Department

Handle the sale and installation of genuine Kia accessories

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable accessories for their vehicle

Explain accessory features, benefits, pricing, and warranty terms to customers

Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians for timely accessory fitment

Monitor accessory stock, inventory levels, and stock movement

Maintain proper records of accessories received, sold, and installed

Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely availability of accessories

Prepare quotations, invoices, and accessory sales reports





Monitor daily and monthly accessories sales and achieve assigned targets

Ensure proper quality and secure installation of all accessories

Coordinate with the Parts and Service Departments for smooth operations

Handle customer queries and resolve accessory-related complaints

Maintain accurate CRM/DMS and inventory records

Ensure proper display and presentation of accessories in the showroom

Follow Kia standards, dealership policies, and safety procedures

Focus on increasing accessory sales and improving customer satisfaction
