Academic Coordinator Base Location: Chandigarh, Punjab Experience: Minimum 4 years Industry: Education / Edtech · Providing training in curriculum implementation · Conducting center visits for operational support · Conducting regular Academic audits for the centers · Orientation programs for parents and teachers · Ensuring high standards of quality at the centers · Regular Mentoring of all centers in and around the territory assigned · Ensuring regular teacher and CLO trainings for the assigned centers · To maintain centers as per LMEPL norms Desired Skills · Excellent command over English · Should be familiar with the preschool industry · Preschool Franchising knowledge would be an added advantage · The candidate should be comfortable with travelling for 15 days a month · Well-versed with early childhood curriculum
