- The role involves analyzing financial statements, including trial balances, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows
- Lead teams of consultants and associate consultants on international KPMG engagements, managing assignments independently or supporting larger projects
- Build solid relationships with onshore stakeholders and provide regular project updates
- Review deliverables and coach team members
- Support proposals and business development activities
- Provide technical accounting advisory and research, including new accounting standards
- Assist with SEC filings, GAAP/IFRS conversions, and transaction accounting for M&A;, carve-outs, IPOs, divestitures, financing structures, financial instruments, revenue recognition, and leases
- Prepare and present accounting whitepapers.
