About the Role

We are looking for an agile, detail-oriented 3D Motion Graphics Designer to build clean, high-impact product visualization and motion assets. This role is built for someone who understands luxury/minimalist commercial aesthetics, works quickly, and can iterate through client feedback without losing visual polish.

Key Responsibilities

- Create short-form 3D product animations, energetic bottle/packaging renders, and sleek promotional motion graphics.
- Rapidly iterate and implement feedback across multiple revision rounds with quick turnaround times.
- Utilize pre-built assets, kits, and scene templates smartly to accelerate delivery while ensuring top-tier lighting, texturing, and rendering quality.
- Execute clean UV mapping, realistic materials (glass, liquids, metals, labels), and refined camera choreography.
- Handle end-to-end post-processing, color correction, and compositing to deliver finished, ready-to-publish video formats.

Requirements & Skills




- Primary Software: Proficiency in Autodesk Maya (with Arnold / Redshift / V-Ray) or equivalent suites (Blender / Cinema 4D).
- Post-Production: Solid command of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop for compositing and finishing.
- Hardware: Must own a high-performance dedicated workstation (modern multi-core CPU, high-VRAM NVIDIA GPU, 32GB+ RAM) capable of handling heavy render passes locally with minimal downtime.
- Speed & Agility: Strong workflow discipline to deliver fast drafts, quick turnarounds on revisions, and tight dead-line adherence.
- Aesthetic Eye: An understanding of commercial lighting, reflective materials, depth of field, and refined product pacing.
