Key Responsibilities1. 2D Technical &

- Working Drawings
- Prepare detailed 2D working drawings for furniture, facade systems, sheet metal products, fountains, and custom metal structures.
- Create fabrication drawings with complete dimensions in Feet, Inches, Millimetres (mm), and Metres.
- Develop shop drawings, assembly drawings, section details, and exploded views for production.
- Prepare BOQ and cutting lists based on approved drawings.

2. 3D Design &
- Visualization

- Create accurate 3D models of furniture, facades, fountains, water features, and custom metal products.
- Develop realistic renders and presentation views for client approvals.
- Modify designs based on client feedback and site requirements.

3. Furniture &
- Metal Product Design

- Design stainless steel, aluminium, MS, glass, wood, and mixed-material furniture.
- Develop parametric furniture and bespoke designer products.
- Create manufacturing-ready models for tables, chairs, planters, screens, partitions, benches, consoles, and decorative metal products.

4. Facade &
- Architectural Metal Design

- Prepare facade elevation drawings, panel layouts, fixing details, and fabrication drawings.
- Design laser-cut screens, perforated panels, cladding systems, railings, and architectural metal elements.
- Coordinate facade dimensions with architectural and structural drawings.

Sheet Metal

Design
- Prepare sheet metal development drawings for laser cutting, bending, welding, and fabrication.
- Understand bend allowances, folding details, joints, and welding requirements.
- Prepare DXF files for CNC laser cutting and fabrication.

6. Site Coordination
- Visit project sites for measurements and verification.




- Prepare as-built drawings based on site conditions.
- Coordinate with production and installation teams to resolve technical issues.

7. Production &
- Fabrication Coordination
- Work closely with welders, fabricators, laser cutting vendors, PVD vendors, and polishing teams.
- Ensure drawings are practical and production-friendly.
- Update drawings during fabrication and installation when required.

Required Software Skills
- AutoCAD (2D Working Drawings)
- SketchUp / Rhino / SolidWorks / Fusion 360 (3D Modelling)
- 3ds Max (Preferred)
- V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape (Rendering)
- Adobe Photoshop (Presentation Sheets)
- Microsoft Excel (BOQ &
- Material Calculations)

Required Technical Skills
- Robust knowledge of furniture construction and joinery.
- Understanding of stainless steel, aluminium, glass, acrylic, wood, and sheet metal fabrication.
- Ability to prepare manufacturing drawings with high accuracy.
- Knowledge of laser cutting, bending, TIG welding, polishing, PVD finishes, and fabrication detailing.
- Ability to read architectural, structural, and interior drawings.

Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in furniture, facade, sheet metal, or architectural metal fabrication.
- Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, commercial interiors, and water feature projects is an advantage.
- Candidate should be comfortable working on custom-made products rather than standard modular furniture.

Performance Expectations
- Deliver accurate 2D and 3D drawings within project timelines.
- Coordinate with the design and production team for revisions.
- Ensure all drawings are manufacturing-ready with minimal production errors.
- Maintain organized project files, revisions, and documentation.
