About the Role

We are hiring Relationship Officers to drive customer acquisition and business sourcing for Home Loans (HL). The role involves field sales, lead generation, customer relationship management, and achieving assigned targets.

Responsibilities
Generate home loan business through direct sourcing, DST, DSA, and connector networks.
Generate leads through field activities, references, and market visits.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Assist customers with documentation and loan application processes.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain lead records.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement.
Achieve assigned sales and sourcing targets.

DST | DSA | Connector Network | Direct Sourcing | Market Visits

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Home Loans, Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, or related sales.
Strong sales and business development skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Customer-focused with good relationship management abilities.
Comfortable with field sales and market visits.
Target-oriented approach.
