We are looking to hire a skilled technical support engineer to assist our clients with sound knowledge of Linux operating system and cPanel control panel.

You will be required to respond to report tickets and assist clients via remote access.

This may include attending customer queries related to email services, Wordpress troubleshooting, Mysql database related quries, PHP updates, etc

To ensure success as a technical support engineer, you should have in-depth knowledge of Linux operating system, high-level communication skills,

and the ability to work independently. Ultimately, a top-class technical support engineer provides valuable IT assistance and support while maintaining strong customer relations.

Technical Support Engineer Responsibilities:

Responding to technical support tickets.

Contacting clients to find out the nature of the website related issue.

Assisting customers with their website DNS, PHP, Email related services.





Diagnosing and troubleshooting website and server security and working with Firewall such as CSF, Mod Security, Imunify360 etc

Proposing easy and effective solutions.

Maintaining positive client relations.

Resolving customer tickets efficiently and in timely manner and explaing customer about the process involved and solution provided.

Technical Support Engineer Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.

Redhat Certification is a plus.

cPanel Certification is a plus.

Knowledge of Linux operating systems, web services, and API.

Knowledge of cPanel or Plesk control panel.

Ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to Wordpress website, Joomla webdsites, Drupal websites which are PHP or mysql related.

Excellent communication skills.

Critical thinker.

Positive interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
