Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Pimpri, Pune
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
Build and maintain solid relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Schedule and attend client meetings to present company services.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
Collaborate with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Negotiate pricing and service agreements with clients to close business deals.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and client satisfaction.
Attend industry events, seminars, and networking activities to expand business prospects.
Handle client queries and provide prompt solutions to maintain long-term business relationships.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and present progress updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of cold calling, lead generation, and client relationship management.
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email communication, and MS Office.
Solid negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

Qualification
MBA (Marketing/Sales), BBA or any graduate with relevant experience.

Experience
Freshers to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
