Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining term loan accounts, working capital loans, etc including monthly interest payments, compliance of loan documents including security creation, day to day correspondence with all the lenders on the information to be provided to them, etc. Valuable at preparing financial model, working capital proposals, etc. Preparation of periodic / annual financial statements and MIS for management. Responsible for preparation of Power Generation bill as per the PPA norms and submit the same to PSEB in time. Extending clarification when needed to PSPCL officials on billing and costing including submission of required documents. Exposure to preparation / filing tariff petitions and should well versed with tariff regulations. Fuel cost analysis, coal payments working & claim from PSPCL as per the PPA. Preparing Annual Budgets and monthly performance reports.



Maintaining Data on generation of power, plant related expenses incl. manpower and spares / stores & supplies. Review / passing the coal procurement related bills / expenses. Maintain details of imported coal prices. Coal inventory control, cost analysis, consumption data, etc. Work as a part of Operations team in preparation of Annual Budget and presentations. Monthly Cost sheet preparation and determination of contribution. Should able to lead / guide the team in day to day operations. Participation in negotiations as part of materials procurement team.
