Job Title: Founder's Office Associate (Business Analyst)

Location: Jaipur

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Founder's Office Associate to work closely with the Founder on business analysis, MIS reporting, strategic presentations, and cross-functional execution. This role requires robust analytical thinking, ownership, and excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Work closely with the Founder to track business performance and key business metrics.
Robust data analysis skills with the ability to generate actionable insights. (Mandatory)
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports using Advanced Microsoft Excel. (Mandatory)
Advanced Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, dashboards, charts, and data cleaning. (Mandatory)




Create business presentations and reports in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Coordinate and follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of key initiatives. (Mandatory)
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Experience with Power BI or Google Sheets is a plus.

Preferred Qualification: B.Tech

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
