Job Description – Operation Executive

Location: Thane

Department: Operations

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily hub and last-mile operations.

Coordinate with Delivery Associates, Team Leaders, Hub Managers, and vendors.

Monitor shipments, pickups, deliveries, pendency, and RTO.

Maintain daily MIS and operational reports using MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Track SLA, delivery performance, and operational targets.

Handle operational/client escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Ensure SOP and process compliance.

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, warehouse, or last-mile operations preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills – Mandatory.

Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/MIS – Mandatory.

Positive problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational workplace.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
