Role Overview
We seek a proactive executive to identify colleges, build relationships with decision-makers and generate partnership leads.
Key Responsibilities
Map engineering colleges, polytechnics, ITIs and technical institutes.
Meet Principals, Directors, HODs, Deans and Placement Officers.
Present programs and partnership opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through visits, calls, emails and networking.
Maintain verified contact databases and regular reports.
Follow up with interested institutions and arrange management meetings.
Key Performance Indicators
Institutions visited and decision-makers contacted
Verified contacts and qualified leads
Meetings arranged and follow-up conversions
Partnership opportunities developed

Required Skills
Solid communication,



presentation and interpersonal skills
Confidence approaching senior officials
Good follow-up, reporting and documentation abilities
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
Willingness to travel and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred backgrounds include:
B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
BBA/MBA in Marketing or Business Development
Technical, educational sales or institutional outreach experience
Freshers with solid communication skills may apply.
