Role & responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and develop new customers.
Visit manufacturing industries, CNC machine shops and existing customers.
Understand customer machining requirements and recommend suitable cutting tools.
Promote and sell cutting tools, carbide inserts and tooling solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and convert leads into orders.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Conduct product trials and coordinate with customers for technical requirements.
Track competitor activities, market prices and new business opportunities.
Maintain daily visit reports, enquiry pipeline and sales follow-up records.
Ensure timely payment follow-up and support healthy cash flow.
Coordinate with the internal team for orders, dispatches and customer requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
15 years of experience in Industrial Sales / Cutting Tools / CNC / Engineering Products preferred.




Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel and meet industrial customers.
Strong sales attitude with target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of CNC machining, cutting tools and engineering products will be an advantage.
Ability to develop new customers and maintain existing accounts.
