Job Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve assigned business and collection targets.
Generate recent customers and promote gold loan and other financial products.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor team members' performance.
Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on leads and overdue accounts.
Support the team in achieving loan disbursement, renewal, and collection targets.
Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure quality customer service.
Monitor daily sales and collection activities and submit reports to the Branch Manager.
Guide team members in proper documentation, KYC, and company procedures.
Identify new business opportunities and support branch growth.




Follow up on pending payments and improve collection efficiency.
Train and guide recent team members on sales, customer handling, and company policies.
Ensure compliance with company rules, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with the Branch Manager and other departments for smooth branch operations.
Take corrective action and provide performance feedback to team members when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
