Role & responsibilities
Overall responsibility of Maintenance and shutdown planning related to RHF, Mill Area, Finishing Area, Motor Shop
Rolling Mill,Drives ,Lighting Power system & all Auxiliary machines
Improving E&I; equipment availability of above mentioned area
Overall responsibility of Automation (Siemens,Rockwell,BCH, ) and its trouble shooting and fault analysing IBA system
Responsible for Managing the shift.
Spare planning related to E&I; maintenance of Motors, Drives ,PLC & Instrumentation, all Auxiliary machines
Awareness & Implementation of SAP-PM module.
Implementation of various systems in department, TPM TQM etc in above mentioned area of the department
Implementation of Safety practices in the ASM & all Overhead and Gantry Cranes (E&I; section).
Impart Training to employees.
