Experience: 4 to 10 Years

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end data science and machine learning projects from problem definition to production deployment.
Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
Build, validate, and deploy predictive models, recommendation systems, forecasting models, and optimization solutions.
Oversee data exploration, feature engineering, model selection, and performance tuning.
Ensure best practices in model governance, documentation, and version control.
Collaborate with Data Engineering teams for data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud-based data platforms.
Mentor and guide data scientists and analysts, conducting code reviews and performance evaluations.
Present insights, model outcomes, and business impact clearly to senior management.




Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, ML, and advanced analytics and recommend adoption where relevant.

Required Skills & Competencies
Robust proficiency in Python / R and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data modeling techniques.
Experience with SQL and working on large structured and unstructured datasets.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) and MLOps practices is preferred.
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
