Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced recruitment delivery manager to manage high-volume staffing requirements for multiple clients across India.

The position will work closely with the Head of National Staffing Recruitment & Fulfilment and will be responsible for converting client manpower requirements into successful selections and joinings.

Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment delivery for multiple staffing clients.
Lead Team Leaders and Recruiters against daily and monthly hiring targets.
Handle bulk and volume recruitment requirements.
Allocate requirements across recruiters and sourcing channels.
Conduct daily pipeline and recruiter-productivity reviews.
Monitor the sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and joining stages.
Drive client-specific SLA and TAT compliance.
Coordinate recruitment drives, walk-ins, campus drives and mobilisation programmes.
Build pipelines for ITI, Diploma, Graduate, Operator, Technician, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and Field roles.




Manage sourcing through Naukri, referrals, social media, campuses, vendors and local recruitment networks.
Coordinate with Branch Heads and client HR teams across locations.
Manage recruitment vendors and local sourcing partners.
Identify bottlenecks and take corrective action to address hiring shortages.
Track offer-to-joining ratio, dropout percentage and replacement requirements.
Prepare recruitment MIS and dashboards for management review.
Coach recruiters and improve individual recruiter productivity.

Experience managing at least 510 recruiters is preferred.

Candidates from staffing organisations with experience managing multiple client accounts will be strongly preferred.

Pure corporate recruitment profiles without staffing delivery experience may not be suitable.
