Supervise daily maintenance, develop schedules and ensure smooth facility operation.
Conduct regular checks of the building, grounds, equipment, and emergency systems (fire alarms, etc.).
Address issues with electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, furniture, and fixtures promptly.
Coordinate and manage external contractors for specialized work.
Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports.
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and building regulations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
