Role & responsibilities
The Shift Engineer Bath Chemistry & PSM is responsible for the health of all diamond wire plating solutions and associated PSM operations during the shift. The role ensures correct chemical makeup, filtration and carbon treatment, manages bath additions and maintains solution parameters within defined control limits. The engineer coordinates closely with Lab, Bay Operations, NR and WWT/ETP teams to sustain plating quality, maximise Ni and diamond utilisation, and ensure secure chemical handling and compliance.
