Job Description:
Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).
Gather business requirements and translate them into LMS solutions.
Configure and maintain items, curricula, programs, learning assignments, and certification programs.
Manage instructor-led, virtual, and online training programs.
Configure learning catalogs, user roles, permissions, and security settings.
Support learning content deployment, SCORM/AICC content integrations, and online course management.
Design and implement approval workflows and automated learning assignment processes.
Develop and maintain LMS reports, dashboards, and compliance tracking reports.
Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, and business stakeholders to enhance learning processes.
Support LMS integrations with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other third-party systems.
Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support activities.
