Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
Must be able to manage complete cycle of Order management from end to end including
Order Intake
Order Verification
Order processing
Coordination on Import/local Procurement
Inventory follow up
Stock Evaluation, Management, and allocation
Invoicing
Shipments coordination
Data Compilation and distribution to respective team members
Most of the above shall be conducted on AS/400/SAP/MS office
Handle various queries of Distributor Partner/Sales team related to supply of orders
Report Management
Provide support tasks, including effective and accurate order processing of an assigned account base and acts as a liaison between the customer, Sales team, and internal departments.

Required Skills Set :-
Knowledge/Proficiency - MS office (especially positive at excel), As/400 and SAP
Ability to perform the duties related to order processing.
Must possess analytical skills, problem solving skills and the ability to handle stress well.
