Role & responsibilities
Assist in prototype development, product testing, validation, and performance improvement activities.
Analyze product performance, identify issues, and propose solutions for optimization.
Develop and execute engineering test plans, analyse test data, and prepare technical reports.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for product improvements and new product ideas.
Support team in conducting feasibility studies, product testing, and prototype creation.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for product failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with teams from various departments to ensure timely and successful product launches.
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement,



and Suppliers to resolve technical issues.
Evaluate materials, methods, and component selection for performance, durability, and cost optimization.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.
Solid academic background with knowledge in product development processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented workplace.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in the field of product development.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
