Polymorph & solid state screening: Expertise in polymorph, salts, co crystals, hydrates, and solvates screening and crystallization.
Crystallization process development: Develop and optimize crystallization processes to achieve desired forms.
Cross functional collaboration: Work closely with synthesis R&D;, analytical, formulation, and tech transfer teams.
Solid state characterization: Apply techniques such as XRD, BET, DVS, and PLM.
Troubleshooting: Address and resolve polymorph scale up issues.
Regulatory compliance: Ensure awareness of regulatory expectations and ICH guidelines for different solid state forms.
Documentation & problem solving: Prepare transparent documentation and apply solid scientific problem solving skills.
