About the Role

A leading financial services organization in vehicle finance is looking for a Bank Reconciliation Operations Manager / Team Leader to manage NACH, bank reconciliation, payments, settlements, and exception handling.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end NACH debit/credit presentation and returns.
Handle daily disbursement and collection bank reconciliation.
Identify and resolve unmatched, failed, duplicate and reversed transactions.
Monitor unidentified/unallocated receipts and outstanding items.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and reconciliation reports.
Coordinate with banks, Finance, Accounts, Collections, Disbursement, Credit, IT and Customer Service teams.
Lead the reconciliation/NACH operations team and monitor productivity and TAT.




Ensure adherence to SOPs, controls, maker-checker processes and audit requirements.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of bank reconciliation, NACH and transaction settlements.
Experience in disbursement and collection reconciliation.
Robust Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and SUMIFS.
Positive analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
Team handling and people-management skills.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
CA / MBA Finance preferred.
8–10 years of central operations experience in banking, finance, reconciliation, NACH, payments, collections or lending operations.
Prior team-handling experience preferred.
