Required Skills & Experience
Robust knowledge and hands-on experience in Head & Block, including Water Jackets, Ports, Cylinder Cores, Skeleton-Driven Modelling, Top-Down Structuring, Core Split/Parting Line, and Draft creation using Creo.
Minimum 4 years of experience in the above Creo modelling activities.
Solid knowledge of Casting Design, Modelling, and manufacturing drawing preparation for Heads, Blocks, and Housings.
Positive understanding of Foundry Processes, Casting Tooling Development, and Machining Processes related to Head, Block, and Housing components.
Strong proficiency in Creo Family Tables, Assemblies, and Group Creation.
Experience in Wall Thickness Validation and Casting Geometry Comparison using Creo.
Knowledge of Tolerance Stack-Up Analysis, Limits & Fits, GD&T;, Surface Texturing, and Datum Target setup.
Working knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Teamcenter Release Processes / Change management.
