Costing Executive Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare Cost Sheets for products, projects, and manufacturing processes by calculating material,
labor, and overhead costs.
Analyze Cost Variances by comparing actual costs against budgeted or standard costs and
identifying areas for improvement.
Support Quotation & Pricing Activities by providing accurate cost estimates and profitability
analysis for customer proposals.
Monitor Inventory Costs including raw materials, WIP, finished goods, scrap, and wastage to
ensure accurate cost allocation.
Generate MIS & Cost Reports on a monthly basis and present cost-related insights to
management for decision-making.
Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Production, Procurement, Stores, and Finance
to collect data and implement cost-control measures.
Identify Cost Reduction Prospects and recommend process improvements to enhance
operational efficiency and profitability
