Role & responsibilities

Site Supervision
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor labour productivity and allocate manpower according to work requirements.

Material Management
Prepare material requirements based on project progress.
Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability at site.
Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.

Labour & Subcontractor Management
Supervise and coordinate labourers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Monitor productivity and ensure proper utilization of manpower.
Coordinate with subcontractors to complete activities as per schedule.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineer with 13 years of site experience, preferably in residential construction and renovation projects.



Candidate should have positive knowledge of site execution, drawings, measurements, quantity estimation, labour/subcontractor management, material coordination, quality control, and progress monitoring. Positive communication skills, AutoCAD & MS Office knowledge, and a two-wheeler with valid driving license and Chennai candidates are preferred.
