Follow ups & Candidate Engagement
Report & Data Management

Enthusiastic and passionate individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a staffing/recruitment firm.
Experience in hiring candidates for multiple clients and managing client-specific recruitment requirements.
Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling,



and closing candidates for client requirements.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet hiring targets within timelines.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/staffing, preferably with experience in a staffing firm where the candidate has handled hiring for different clients.

Perks and Advantages- Our compensation includes Monthly Fixed Salary + Incentive. There is no cap on earnings from incentives, which are paid on target achievement.
