Role Title: Manager / Asst Manager - HSE
Role Purpose :
Responsible for ensuring compliance with Workplace, Health & Safety guidelines. The candidate must focus on prevention methods by implementing measures to minimize hazards on site, and should have below mention experience in years in MEP, industrial, Civil or metro construction work.
Key Activities (Role & Responsibility) :
Establishes safety standards and policies as needed
Initiate and organize EHS training of employees and workmen
Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventive measures
Inspect the site and the work of personnel to identify issues (e.g. PPE violations, etc.)
Trains and carries out emergency response drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations
Conducts investigations of all accidents and near-misses
Verifies that all tools and equipment are adequate and secure for use
