Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Advantages, and Time & Labor requirements.
Work on HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Reports, and OTBI Reports.
Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party applications.
Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
Support data conversion, migration, testing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to integrations and Fast Formulas.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.

Required Skills
Robust experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Hands-on experience in Oracle Rapid Formula development.
Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as:
Core HR
Payroll
Absence Management
Benefits
Compensation
Time & Labor
Experience in REST/SOAP Web Services and file-based integrations.
