Role & responsibilities
Handling projects at the particular area and getting the elevators carried out.
Proactive communication with clients in respective areas.
Preparing the materials received acknowledgment sheet and verifying the materials delivered at projects.
Ensuring compliance with the projects in respective areas and ensuring the same is followed by all the team members in the work area.
Implementation of ISO procedures and following the same at site and projects file.
Sourcing out subcon and monitoring the performance and preparation of the rolling plan.
Commissioning and handing over the installations to the customers in coordination with QAQC team.
Co-ordination with sales and inter field depts, Maintenance, QAQC, safety,



purchase and stores for effective execution of projects.
Proactive communications to clients avoid escalations. Proactive communication with HOS & CO.
Taking PMT, CC / Load test activity.
Getting inspection cleared from third party or lift inspector / government officials.

Preferred candidate profile
2 - 5 Years Exp in elevator industry
Willing to Learning
Reliability in managing the assigned tasks and upholding company Standards
To take initiative and solve problems independently
