Responsibilities

Process all loan-related activity, including recent drawdowns. rollovers, conversions, renewals, paydowns,



and fees for svndicated and bilateral deals.

Analyse and interpret credit agreements and complex loan structures to ensure accurate transaction processing. Review and process loan amendments, extensions, and modifications.

Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of loan funds Maintain and update loan administration systems and databases (e.g., Loan IQ ACBS, WSO) with exact data.

Board facilities for svndications/ participations to the core system, including notes, collateral, and guarantors.

Operational Control & Reconciliation: Investiqate, reconcile, and resolve outstanding items in cash accounts past dues, suspense, and break-funding charges.

Perform maintenance, calculations, and adiustments on complex interest and fee accruals.

Ensure all daily, monthly, and periodic controls are followed and operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are

met.
