macOS Troubleshooting Solid hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving OS-level, hardware, and application issues on Mac devices
Apple Business Manager (ABM) Managing DEP/ADE enrollments, VPP app licensing, and integration with endpoint platforms (preferably like Jamf Pro/Intune)
Experience withAutoPkgfor automated / Mac app packaging and software management.

Knowledge ofActive Directory / Azure ADintegration with macOS environments
Familiarity withComposer (Jamf)for building clean and customized PKG installers
