Role Overview

We are urgently looking for SAP QA / Testing professionals with hands-on experience in testing SAP Customer Experience solutions. Candidates with experience in any one of the following areas are preferred:
SAP Commerce Cloud (v2)
SAP Engagement Cloud / SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement
SAP Sales Cloud / SAP C4C
SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP)

Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Prepare test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test execution reports.
Identify, document, track, and validate defects.
Work closely with development, functional, and business teams to resolve issues.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support release activities.
Perform testing across enhancements, integrations, and production fixes.

Required Skills
3 to 8 years of experience in QA/Testing.
Hands-on experience in at least one of the mentioned SAP CX products.
Solid understanding of functional and integration testing.
Experience with defect management and test management tools.
Positive analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Exposure to test automation is an advantage.
