Job Description

We would like to focus on candidates who have a robust combination of Data Engineering, MDM, and advanced SQL experience. The role is highly hands-on, so candidates should have practical experience in data modelling, entity resolution/matching, match & merge, survivorship, golden records, and SQL-based data processing.

Please prioritize candidates who are comfortable working hands-on with the data and building/refining the MDM solution, rather than profiles focused primarily on MDM platform configuration or governance

Required Skills
Robust understanding of MDM concepts, methodologies, implementation frameworks, and industry best practices.
Experience defining MDM strategy, governance models, stewardship processes, and business requirements.

Experience designing enterprise data integration solutions and MDM architecture.

Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience facilitating business workshops and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
