We are looking for a confident and customer-focused English Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound customer calls related to insurance products. The candidate will be responsible for explaining insurance plans, understanding customer requirements, resolving queries, and generating business prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding insurance products.
Explain insurance plans, advantages, coverage, terms, and renewal details clearly to customers.
Handle customer queries related to General Insurance, Health Insurance, and Travel Insurance.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers to convert them into business.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain daily call records, lead status, and customer information.
Coordinate with the sales and internal teams for further processing of leads and policies.
Candidate Profile
1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive / Customer Care Executive in the insurance sector.
Candidates with General Insurance, Health Insurance, or Travel Insurance experience will be preferred
Valuable communication skills in English
Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Good follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
Comfortable working with calling targets and maintaining daily MIS/call records.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication is preferred.
