Roles and Responsibility
Dispense medications to patients and provide counseling on their proper use.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement medication therapy plans.
Conduct patient assessments and monitor medication adherence.
Develop and maintain accurate records of patient interactions and medication histories.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Stay updated with current medications and therapies to provide informed guidance.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master's degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm).
Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical pharmacy practice.
Robust knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medicine, and clinical pharmacy practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Familiarity with electronic health records systems and other healthcare software.
