Create mood boards, design concepts and seasonal collections.
Design earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, charms, keychains and bag accessories.
Prepare hand sketches, CAD/vector artwork and technical specifications.
Develop designs using metals, chains, beads, stones, pearls, resin, acrylic, cords and other materials.
Select suitable colours, materials, components and surface finishes.
Coordinate with vendors and artisans for sourcing, sampling and production.
Review samples for design accuracy, quality, finishing and functionality.
Modify designs according to buyer feedback, target prices and production feasibility.
Maintain sample records, design files, approvals and development timelines.
Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, quality and production teams.
Ensure collections meet brand standards, customer requirements and delivery schedules.
Qualification and Experience
Degree or diploma in Jewellery Design, Fashion Design or a related field
Relevant experience in fashion jewellery, accessories or export-house product development
A robust design portfolio is preferred
