Design and build AI-powered applications using GenAI/LLMs.
Have 8+ years of solid software engineering/architecture/QA/DevOps/platform experience.
Work hands-on with Python, Java, JavaScript and cloud platforms.
Understand AWS / Azure / GCP, DevOps and CI/CD.
Use up-to-date AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit, etc.
Understand Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering.
Have knowledge of LLM, RAG, Agentic AI, Semantic Search and Knowledge Graphs.
Build/manage AI platforms and MLOps/LLMOps pipelines.
Ideally have Financial Services/Banking domain experience.
Be capable of mentoring engineers and communicating with business/technical stakeholders.
